Palm Kernel is an important fruit that grows in bunches found in Palm Trees. Two important oils are produced from this fruit; the palm oil and the palm kernel oil. This course focuses on the production of the kernel oil gotten from the palm kernel nuts popularly known as the black palm kernel oil which has a wide application and limitless benefits. They are not used only for nutritional purposes but they also serve medicinal and therapeutic purposes. Black Palm Kernel Oil is considered as one of the major edible oils in the world.

Jovita Iroemeh
She is a successful entrepreneur with a passion to uplift at least 20,000 women in Africa out of poverty. So far she has touched the lives of over 500 women in Nigeria. Jovita is the Founder and Global Convener, Association of Women Entrepreneur & Business Owners (AWEBO). She also finds time to render services in various associations and organizations where she has held several leadership positions. Currently she is the Vice President South-South OWIT NIG , Vice President (VP) Owerri Chamber of Trade Missions, VP NACCIMA Trade Mission Committee, VP Culture & Tourism (OCCIMA) and former Marketing Manager, Eastern Block Nigeria-Belgian Trade Exhibition Brussels (NIBITEX). Jovita Iroemeh is a conference speaker and has facilitated many international programmes including the She Trade International Conference and Exhibition held 2018 in Liverpool.
